Mission: To support our first responders who valiantly protect and serve with professional reverence towards the community. 

Vision: The Burnsville Police & Fire Foundation provides support directly to the Professionals of Law Enforcement, Firefighter/Paramedics and Firefighter/EMTs working for the City of Burnsville. These efforts ensure improvements can continually be made in developing new programs, initiatives, innovations, enhancements of training, behavior/physical health and securing equipment and technologies that cannot be achieved within Departmental budgetary constraints. These Foundational efforts aid in a better prepared emergency & non-emergency response from these professional, dedicated first responders.
